Usage Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It is a template and not legal advice; have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction.

FanClub+ is an adults-only entertainment platform. We want it to stay safe and lawful for everyone. This Usage Policy explains what is and isn't allowed. Breaking it can lead to immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any remaining tokens without refund, and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement.

1. You must be 18+

You must be at least 18 (or older where required locally). You must never present yourself as a minor, role-play as a minor, or suggest a companion is a minor. If you indicate you are under 18, we will stop the interaction and may close your account.

2. Strictly prohibited content and conduct

You must never use the Service to create, request, solicit, describe, or share any of the following. These result in immediate closure without refund and may be reported:

Any sexual content involving minors, or anyone presented or implied to be under 18 — including fictional, "age-play", or AI-generated depictions.
Content depicting or promoting non-consent, rape, sexual violence, or coercion.
Bestiality, incest, or other content that is illegal in major jurisdictions.
Real people depicted sexually without consent, including deepfakes or impersonation of identifiable individuals.
Content that encourages, instructs, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or serious violence.
Instructions for weapons, drugs, hacking, or other serious criminal activity.
Human trafficking, sexual services solicitation, or arranging real-world sexual meetings.
Hateful content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

3. Platform integrity

Don't attempt to "jailbreak", manipulate, or trick the AI into producing prohibited content.
Don't reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or extract data, prompts, or media from the Service.
Don't resell, redistribute, or publicly share content obtained from the Service.
Don't create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or to farm free tokens.
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
Don't use bots, scripts, or automation against the Service.

4. Respect and safety

Treat our team and any human moderators with respect. Do not attempt to obtain real personal details about, harass, or threaten anyone connected with the Service. Do not share other people's private information.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

To keep the Service safe, we use automated filters that may flag messages for human review, and we may review flagged conversations. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: issue a warning; remove content; restrict features; suspend an account; or permanently close an account. Where an account is closed for a breach, remaining tokens and balances are forfeited and non-refundable. We may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement where we believe it is necessary or legally required, particularly regarding content that endangers children.

6. Reporting

If you encounter content or behaviour that breaks this policy, use the in-app "Report a problem" option or email support@fanclubplus.app. Reports involving the safety of a minor are treated as the highest priority.

7. Changes

We may update this Usage Policy from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
